AUBURN, Calif. – Senior Arden Han-Wei carded a 2-over-par 38 while sophomore Chloe Jun finished two strokes back with a 40, leading St. Francis to a 215-235 win over Del Oro in Sierra Foothill League girls' golf dual action at The Ridge Golf Course Wednesday evening.

The Troubadours improve to 9-3 for the year.
Wednesday's dual featured a first for St. Francis in 2025, as all 12 players on the roster were in action: six in the official match lineup, with six more playing exhibition with the Golden Eagles' junior varsity squad.

Han-Wei and Jun enjoyed the two best scores in the field, with Ellie Davis' turning in an 8-over 44 to lead DO. Han-Wei finished her round in strong fashion, draining a birdie-3 on No. 8, then being one of only two players to make par on the challenging ninth. Jun stood as the lone competitor to birdie a par-3 hole, which she did on the 115-yard No. 3.

Freshman Riya Chima posted a 45, with freshman Sophia Gonzales and junior Nydia Garcia each finishing with matching 45s to complete out the Troubie point total. Junior Momina Niazi finished with a 53 to round out the official SF lineup card.
The Troubie exhibition pairings comprised Mira Smith (54) with Anna Schnack (54), Carter Jarrell (49) with Chase Crutchfield (50), and Gianna Seghesio (57) with Ava Grace Macreadie (60).

All 2025 matches at Del Oro carries extra significance as the Ridge serves as the venue for the Sac-Joaquin Section Division I championship on October 27. St. Francis closes out its regular season with a road dual against Oak Ridge at Serrano Country Club on Tuesday followed by its home finale against Davis on October 16.
