St. Francis Troubadour Peyton Spellacy ’20 has not only felt this tug, she’s found myriad opportunities at St. Francis and beyond to develop skills and gain valuable, and at times perspective-changing, experience. Peyton’s dive into this world came about through what some would consider to be an unfortunate event; Peyton chose instead to turn it into something positive.

Nine Senior Troubadours Sign to Play Collegiate Sports
April 17, 2019Nine St. Francis seniors have made commitments to play collegiate sports this fall and were recognized at a ceremony at the school, bringing the total to 23 student-athletes for the Class of 2019. The Troubadours who signed on April 17 represent seven sports (basketball, cross country, lacrosse, rowing, swimming, tennis and water polo) and will be attending schools in four states (California, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington).

November 29, 2018The St. Francis tennis team will play Monte Vista at 11:30 a.m. on Friday at the Broadstone Racquet Club in Roseville. The winner will take on the Los Gators/Orland winner at 2:30 p.m.

November 29, 2018Sophomore Alisha Anwar was named the St. Francis tennis team most valuable player at the team’s annual banquet. The program celebrated one of their top seasons in school history that including a league title, section finalist appearance and CIF NorCal/USTA semifinals finish.
