- St. Francis went 10-5 on the season under Head Coach Julia Southard, advancing to the North Coast Section playoffs. SF was defeated by 12-10 in the first round by Redwood. The team won a school-record eight consecutive games to start the season.
- The team was named the Sac-Joaquin Section Academic Team Champion for the second consecutive season. The Troubadours posted a 3.473 team grade point average to top Christian Brothers (3.244) and Oak Ridge (3.220).
- The Troubadours lost to eventual champion Granite Bay in the semifinals of the Sacramento Valley Lacrosse League playoffs after finishing in fourth in the league standings.
- Sophomore Sophia Gorona was named the Most Valuable Player of the varsity lacrosse team at the annual banquet held at the Barger Barn. Shereceived the TTD award for Troubie Top Dog as the overall Most Valuable Player. She led the team in goals (48), assists (29) and points (77).
- Senior Jade Borg was the TAA for Troubie Ambush Award as the Offensive Most Valuable Player and Izabel Quackenbush received the TAA for Troubie Anchor Award as the Defensive Most Valuable Player. Borg ranked second on the team in goals (39) and points (56), while Quackenbush led the team in ground balls (21) and takeaways (12).
- Allie Belafsky was recognized with the Leadership Award also known as the TRE for Troubie Ripple Effect.
- Borg was also the recipient of the Booster Club Leadership Award. She was the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee President for the 2018-19 season and helped coordinate the school's Girls and Women in Sport day.
