Miles repeats USA Lacrosse All-America honors

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – St. Francis midfielder Keira Miles earned her second consecutive USA Lacrosse High School All-America nod, the national organization announced in July.

The Loomis, Calif. native scored a school-record 72 goals in 2026, surpassing the old standard of 70 set by former teammates Brynley Hodge and Jane Tattersall. She is believed to be the first Troubadour to eclipse 200 career goals, finishing with 208 overall. Miles also added seven assists for 79 total points, while collecting 20 ground balls, 72 draw controls and eight caused turnovers.

In all, played all four years on the SF varsity squad, amassing career totals of 208 goals, 21 assists, 62 GBs, 195 DCs and 35 CTs. She was initially signed to play collegiate lacrosse at Denver, but has since opted to attend Texas.

Miles played club ball for Mad Dog West Elite, and previously competed in gymnastics before switching to lacrosse in 2021. She represents the California-North Coast/Sac-Joaquin area, which featured 14 honorees, including four from the Sierra Foothill League: Miles, Riley Weber (Del Oro), Ellie Rivera (Del Oro) and Carly Rea (Oak Ridge). 

Miles was one of two Troubies to earn first-team All-SFL honors, along with NorCal Lacrosse All-Star Jade Abalateo. St. Francis went 11-6 overall, finished third in the SFL with a 9-5 league mark, and earned a No. 4 rank in the Sac-Joaquin Section playoffs. The Troubies advanced to the section quarterfinals.
