Logan Kelly is in her second season on the varsity team at St. Francis. Logan enjoys photography in her spare time and drawing.

How was your offseason and how did you get better?
"The offseason was very good. I played for the St. Francis club team and had a trainer for basketball and strength and conditioning. I worked with her every day. It made me a lot stronger and quicker and we worked on a lot of basketball so my basketball IQ got a lot better too."

How has the preseason been so far?
"It has been a lot of fun. It is a fun team and we are enjoying practice and making each other better and learning what we need to do for this season."

What was your favorite memory from last season?
"My favorite memory was going to (the) state (game). It was awesome."

How can you build on the experience last season?
"We have to learn from everything we worked on last year to get that far like supporting each other and making each other better."

What are your personal goals this season?
"I want to make a great senior year for Janae and Julia and be a leader on the court as an upper classman."

What is your favorite Coach Vic saying?
"After prayer whenever we say whether we win or lose, he says we are going to win no matter what."

What has it meant to you to attend St. Francis?
"It has been a great opportunity with such amazing people with all the teachers and staff. The sisterhood is really amazing."

What did you learn from watching your older brother player basketball?
"I learned that you have to work really hard and it will be tough sometimes. You have to have fun with it."
