SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Seniors Lexi London, Miley Blough, Marissa Ow and Madeline Squaglia each earned spots on the All-Sierra Foothill League first team for their respective sports, as the Sacramento area's top prep conference rolled out its winter sports awards.

London made the league's top squad for basketball, with Blough, Ow and Squaglia earning similar honors in soccer. All-SFL distinction for those two sports come from a vote of the league's coaches. However, per league policy honors are not officially announced until after the conclusion of the CIF playoffs.

St. Francis soccer went 15-6-4 overall and finished fourth in the league with a 6-4-4 mark. The Troubadours advanced to the Sac-Joaquin Section quarterfinals, where they fell in overtime to top-seeded Gregori. Basketball finished with a 10-17 record and placed seventh in the SFL at 4-10. The Troubies earned a No. 11 seed in the section playoffs, losing to No. 6 Colfax in the first round.

While not published on the SFL website (sierrafoothillleague.com), the league awards second-team honors to players who receive votes for the first team. Listed below is a full summary of St. Francis' All-SFL first- and second-team honorees plus each sport's year-end team awards.
