SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Juniors Julia Geer and Chelsea McMahon received both team and Delta League awards as the St. Francis golf team celebrated its 2021 season with the annual year-end banquet at the SFHS Dining Hall Wednesday night.
Geer was selected as the team MVP while receiving her All-Delta League patch as the Troubadours' lone representative among the latter accolades. McMahon captured the team's "Helping Hand Award" and was chosen as the SFHS recipient for the Delta League Sportsmanship Award. Additionally, sophomore Olivia Lee earned the Troubies' "Last To Leave Award."

• Sophomore Olivia Lee led the Troubies at the Sac-Joaquin Section Div. I championship tourney at Rancho Murieta, earning an individual at-large spot at the section Masters' tournament. The Troubadours placed 10th at sections as a team.
• Julia Geer, the reigning junior girls' champion at El Macero Country Club, led the team in stroke average to snare All-Delta League honors.
• The 2021 fall marked the Troubadours' third season under the tutelage of head coach Kelli Corlett.
