  •  St. Francis finished 22nd at the CIF State Track and Field Championships with nine points. Junior Isabella Fauria was fourth in the 800 meters and sophomore Reyna Johnson was fifth in the 100-meter hurdles. The 4x100-meter relay (Johnson, Chanel Grimes, Kenna de Lemos, Isabell Grassel) advanced to the State Championships but did not advance out of heats.
  • St. Francis ranked third with a 3.543 GPA behind Sacramento Country Day (3.681) and Franklin (3.616) in the Section Academic Team Standings.
  • St. Francis won the first ever Sac-Joaquin Section Masters team title behind three individual wins, a second-place relay and three additional top-five performances. It was the first Masters title in school history.
  • St. Francis ran away with the Sac-Joaquin Section Division 1 Girls Championship title at Tokay High School. The Troubadours scored 117.50 points to win their first title since 2015 and eighth in school history, winning four events and advancing 19 individual athletes and both relays
  • The Troubies won the Delta League team title behind the strength of five individual and relay titles, qualifying 21 athletes to the section meet.
  • Reyna Johnson broke the 100m Hurdles record seven times during the season, finishing at 14.10 and ranking T73rd in the nation and sixth overall in the state of California.
  • Cate Joaquin (1600m, 3200m) and Isabella Fauria (800m) combined to win three titles at the Sacramento Meet of Champions.
  • Cornejo, Silva, Joaquin and Fauria ran the 4x1600 meter invitational relay won the Arcadia Invitational track and field meet. The team broke the St. Francis school record and posted the top time in the nation at 20:20.82. The foursome took the spot of 10th best in the meet's history and 19th best in the California all-time state history. It finished as the second-best time in the nation.
  • The Distance Medley Relay posted a team season-best and school record with a time of 11:51.90 with the foursome of Isabella FauriaCate JoaquinSophie DeBenedetti and Haley Silva to place second overall with the second-fastest time in the nation at the time at the Arcadia Invitational. They finished eighth overall in the nation at the completion of 2019.
