SENIOR CELEBRATIONS: Today: Lacrosse's Allie Belafsky – Allie was a three-year varsity player with lacrosse and water polo. She received the team's Troubie Ripple Effect - Leadership Award and Sportsmanship Award from the Sacramento Valley Lacrosse Conference as a junior.

"Allie is a whip of energy.  She came to our program with no lacrosse experience, but I had to keep her on based purely on her leadership skills. She is one of the most positive people I've ever met, and she is not shy about sharing that with her teammates.  Allie is constantly at the front of all of our running tests and conditioning sessions, and as soon as she is done –without skipping a beat- she is back in it with her teammates encouraging them to finish strong.  Her intensity combined with her kindness make her the ideal teammate.   She really started to develop her lacrosse skills this season as well, so witnessing that growth made me very proud. She was ready to take on a much larger role for us this year in the field.  I have no doubt that Allie will be at the top of her field with whatever she does in life." – Head Coach Julia Southard
