April 28, 2023STOCKTON, Calif. – Junior Sinclair Yadao and sophomore Paige Vicente each advanced to the final 16 participants in the Sac-Joaquin Section 1-meter diving championships, hosted by St. Mary’s High School at the Cortopassi Aquatics Center Friday. Yadao finished in fifth place with 373.80 points, while Vicente followed in eighth with 345.45

April 19, 2023SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Sophomore Sinclair Yadao successfully defended her 1-meter diving title with a winning total of 397.05 points, helping St. Francis score 63 total points toward the Delta League girls’ swimming & diving championship during a three-league competition at Rio Americano High Wednesnday.

April 14, 2023RIO LINDA, Calif. – Troubadour junior Sinclair Yadao won the varsity 1-meter board with a score of 448.15, winning the Jesuit/St. Francis Invitational diving meet and qualifying for NISCA All-America status at Capital Divers Friday afternoon.

Hamilton's PR highlights Senior Day dual with Falcons
April 12, 2023RIO LINDA, Calif. – Junior Sinclair Yadao posted a winning score of 253.25, sophomore Maya Hamilton broke her previous personal best by more than 10 full points, and senior Jaiden Jackson was honored as part of Senior Day festivities as St. Francis hosted its final diving dual of the year Wednesday afternoon at Capital Divers.

Season, career highs set at Rio diving meet
March 29, 2023SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Sophomore Paige Vicente broke the 200-point plateau for the first time in her prep career, leading St. Francis in a prep diving competition at Rio Americano High School Wednesday afternoon. Vicente placed second with a six-dive total of 210.10, trailing only Christian Brothers’ Phifey Bowers and her winning 231.95.

March 22, 2023RIO LINDA, Calif. – Junior Sinclair Yadao and sophomore Paige Vicente finished second and third respectively, leading St. Francis in a high school 1-meter springboard competition at Capital Divers Wednesday. The meet featured competitors from around the Sacramento area, and served as the diving portion of a Delta League dual meet against Elk Grove.

Troubies shine in preview of section championship venue
March 17, 2023STOCKTON, Calif. – Junior Sinclair Yadao and sophomore Paige Vicente each finished in the top five to lead St. Francis among a field of 20 entrants in a high school 1-meter diving competition at St. Mary’s Friday afternoon. The meet serves as a first look at Cortopassi Aquatics Center, which will host the Sac-Joaquin Section championship at the end of April.

Yadao's dive win helps Troubies beat defending champ Davis
March 08, 2023SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Junior Sinclair Yadao won the 1-meter board with a total of 250.85 points, more than 56 points ahead of her nearest competitor, to lead St. Francis in the diving portion of a Delta League swimming and diving dual meet with Davis at Capital Divers Tuesday. The Troubies defeated the defending Delta League and Sac-Joaquin Section champions in the overall meet by a 102-84 total score.

Troubies dominate Franklin in swim-dive opener
March 03, 2023RIO LINDA, Calif. – Maya Hamilton, Jaiden Jackson and newcomer Farah Fox swept the top three places in 1-meter diving as part of a Delta League swimming & diving season opener held at Jesuit High and Capital Divers. No individual scores were compiled, as visiting Franklin had no divers, but individual places were kept for the purposes of team scoring.
